SZ) issued three announcements to build three automatic production line projects for new energy vehicle power battery structure components in Yibin, Sichuan, Changzhou, Jiangsu and Ningde, Fujian, with investment of 1.2 billion yuan, 500 million yuan and 300 million yuan respectively.

On the evening of December 29, Ningde Times announced that it would expand power battery production capacity in Yibin, Sichuan, Changzhou, Jiangsu and Ningde, Fujian, respectively. The total investment of the three major projects is 10 billion yuan, 12 billion yuan and 17 billion yuan respectively.

At present, Changying Precision has invested in the establishment of a subsidiary in Ningde, Fujian Province. In order to promote the construction of the project, Changying Precision intends to invest in the establishment of Changchangying and Yibin Changying with its own funds.

Industry insiders revealed that a Tesla needs lithium battery structural parts of about 4,000 yuan. In 2020, Tesla's sales volume reached 499,550 vehicles. According to the calculation, Tesla's annual lithium battery structural parts cost is nearly 2 billion yuan.

In the first half of 2020, Changying Precision's revenue to Tesla increased by 31.42% year-on-year. In addition, in the new business sector, the revenue of its laptop products has increased more than twice year-on-year, and the product line covers notebook appearance components, built-in battery components, and touchpad components.

In September 2020, Changying Precision said on the interactive platform that in order to support the development of ATL new products, Changying Precision has successfully developed the button battery shell components needed by customers and achieved large-scale delivery.
