Not sure what to make of that Yahoo post, but I kind of believe it. Although that conversation is inconsistent with all the DI no comments, LG tends to be less cautious.

If LG is suggesting that they don’t expect to apply the 4 day disclosure rule, then they must have seen the trial results to draw that comfort. Perhaps after seeing the initial results, they decided to deepen and expand the analysis for the benefit from of the journal article?

Also begs the question, why doesn’t the company just put out a press release to update investors?
