Really?? The 38 million from the S1 is clearly from the expected preferred srock sell, nothing to do with common stock.

What will that money do?? Lets see, TPTW is raising the capital from the preferred shares to expand the business, buy out some other companies and expand our 5G Speed Connect Business and MedTech while paying off more debt!! This is how business expand...

Investors should be be excited after reading that... It has been reported like that for the past year!! Nothing new... another key take away is none of the insiders are selling!!
