That so called NEW S-1 is an amendment to the original S-1 filed last October. There is no proof available that TPTW have sold even one of those preferred shares in the last almost 4 months. None. Just like the invisible contracts not worth a slug nickel. They arent making a dime in fact TPTW all they are doing is piling up on the liabilities.
