The government is full of hypocrites. Rail at countries for suppressing freedoms and they do this with two companies...it's a wonder that many of the countries who nationalize their business by killing owners or taking over with force are now call the USA as no better. They may not have killed, but they sure have ruined many a life and retirement through government theft.

SCOTUS needs to recognize the moral implications of what was done under the guise of protecting a taxpayer that the government really doesn't give a dam about on either side of the political elites. If one side really had scruples, morals, a conscience, this would have been rectified 6-8 years ago.

At least this past administration tried, albeit weakly to rectify it. Hard to hold them fully responsible for not doing more when they were fought by both sides to do nothing the past 4 years plus all the BS that had to be slogged through like impeachment after impeachment, SCOTUS appointments that made Ringling brothers look like a side show, numerous other attempts at discrediting, spying, the virus and all the new problems it brought because politicians wanted to "never let a good crisis go to waste". It's all political games and taxpayers are way, way, way down at the murky bottom of the swamp, so out of site and out of mind to most politicians. It's all self preservation along with party preservation by towing the line.
It's no wonder that people did not go after more than what they did in DC. You'd think that would be a wake up call, all it did was get politicians strategizing on how to suppress people more.
