Remember when you are trading stocks you are trading against computers that Do not trade on emotions either fear or greed. Besides incomparable speed of computers the lack of emotions is the other advantage. Human traders can never match the speed but can try to limit emotions to decrease that advantage and if one can perform mental calculus regarding price/volume and recognise pattern trading and at least be aware that you are trading against computers you can lessen the speed advantage by anticipating the computer targets and patterns.
