Great summary nodummy. As always, it was good of you to take your time and type all that out and make the facts easy to understand for everybody. But frankly, whoever asked you about that company should have already known the answer as the information was given clear as day in the SEC filings.
One would assume anyone buying penny stocks not only knows how to do basic DD, but actually does it.
I have really lost just about all sympathy for those that don't bother to do any basic DD whatsoever before "investing". Especially because it is those people who fuel the fraud machine. Without them willing to throw their money away by handing it over to the fraud artists, securities fraud would be much less of a problem.
It isn't easy to help those who won't help themselves. I understand when a person makes a mistake once, but humans are supposed to learn from their mistakes. It blows my mind that it seems the same people are making the same mistakes over and over and over.
