I've long ago abandoned predicting what a company or CEO will do/when and what news will be released. What I will say is that I have been friends and was personal legal counselor to the guy in the middle of this photo for over 20 years- one of the best and most successful CEOs in the history of CEOs. I learned more from him over the years than you can learn in 3 lifetimes of business school, including the fact that "real CEOS" do not get hung up on the day-to-day price fluctuations of their ticker. While they of course "care" about their shareholders, their main job (remember, the CEO, although an "officer", is also company "employee" that serves at the will of the board) is to run the company successfully and implement the business plan. Run and grow a successful business and the stock price will follow. Now, let's be real, this does not apply to 99.99% of penny plays, but to the extent that we think we have an exception here with ENZC being a "real company" and business, one would be wise to chill and let the company do its thing!
