I'll add that HIV ARVs can be harmful to pregnant mothers and their fetuses. This presents a problem worldwide, but is especially huge in Africa. The human derived Clone-3 antibody has been shown to be safe to be administered in all stages of pregnancy, a large percentage of the time preventing transmission of HIV to the fetus.
