1) ENZC/Bioclonetics reached out to him
2) He reached out to us
3) We were introduced to eachother through a 3rd party, perhaps even as part of an agreement for funding or whatever as part of the over-arching plan

#3 would support the theory that I'm proposing. All I know is that this has been in the works since before October. Over a conversation, Harry had hinted that someone who had worked with Fauci would be brought on board, his exact words. I contemplated over his words carefully and came to the hypothesis that this is all connected through the NIH. Given that Fauci understands our technology, he may have had a hand in setting this all in motion. Probably was the one that suggested Ron be brought on board to oversee and provide strong support of our mAb development for COVID application.
