I will add to this theory one more piece to the puzzle. And that piece is how quickly we ended up at A&M. To me it seems glaringly obvious that we didn't just fight to get into A&M, but rather that we were strongly urged to set up our labs there. Perhaps the "Outsider" had a hand in making all this happen for us, and if I had to guess, I would say its no other than our very own government, specifically the FDA. I think ENZC was identified as a candidate for Operation Warp Speed which would explain this tone of secrecy and why the source for outsider fund hasn't yet been disclosed, and would explain how things have moved so fast. I think the OWS director is very well aware of our technology and they have agreed to fund our efforts for the HIV application if we agreed to support their need for COVID therapeutics. Think about it, its been decades now that we've been sitting on the cure for HIV without much progress and all of a sudden we are at A&M, with leading experts like Ronald Moss on the chair? Ronald Moss was probably tapped to support ENZC given his unquestionable experience. CL-3 never took off because there was no monetary incentive when you can treat the symptom vs providing a 1 time cure. COVID changes everything because Charles likely negotiated under the condition that the FDA would agree to letting us finally advance CL-3 for HIV.
This is just my theory, and I may be going off the rails on this one. I however do believe there is some truth to all of this, as there are simply way too many coincidences to call it serendipitous.
