A NEW PERSONAL UPDATE TO SHAREHOLDERS FROM CEREBAIN BIOTECH CEO ERIC CLEMONS

I wanted to take this time to update you as to the progress of completing the acquisition of the assets of PKG Inc by Cerebain Biotech Corporation. After having personally met with the principals and Board of Directors of PKG Inc in Boise last week, I can say with great confidence that I think we will see this transaction close successfully by the end of this month January 2021.

As I said in my prior message to you this transaction and the timing of its completion is in the hands of our legal team and we are close to getting the green light by them to finally announce a finished acquisition.

Once again I want to express my gratitude to all the shareholders who have stuck by us during this time and I look forward to providing you with more news in the coming months as well as updated financials after this first major shareholder milestone is achieved.
