The 1st amendment give you a right to air your grievances with peaceful protests.

It also does not give one the right to disrupt the functioning of the gov. Does not give the right to trespass in an attempted insurrection.

If they want to protest Biden's inauguration, they can get a permit to protest a few blocks away from the Capitol bldg. Get drunk, and get arrested.
