Thanks for sharing some of your history also. I also went through a divorce and ended up with my kids.

I was lucky because the good years of my career were in the 80's and 90's. Stock market was strong, so I saw very good gains in our 401's which made my retirement in 1997 possible.

So we do have a little different trading style, but I expect they will both work for us.
