100% correct, before he bought 46% of LQMT he had approx 235mm shares of Eontec, then he sold off big chunks to buy LQMT and sold more big chunks to invest in "the maze", where he either owns outright or between 30-65% ownership. He also just recently sold off "another" 10mm$$$ worth of Eontec for unknown reasons.
I don't know the exact quantity of Eontec he currently has( they did a 1.65/1 split recently so he was given 65% more shares), but its dramatically less than 4 years ago.
