- 415mm shares = guaranteed billionaire status if he executes on his BMG industrialization plan.
- needs many of the patents to apply said plan for industrialization.
- maybe he wants a large chunk of his wealth outside of China and their controls,
- he has said publicly that he likes/needs the trademark name Liquidmetal for marketing and advertising purposes, “ everyone knows the name Liquidmetal “
I’m sure he has other personal reasons for getting involved in Lqmt, maybe it’s always been about Apple being the driver behind this, strategic wise it makes sense.
- maybe he wants the “prestige amongst his peers” of owning an American Nasdaq listed technology company.( soon to be determined)
