1. The Post I sent out on Wed of this week. Said the Attorney letter would come in and it did , right on their Four Day cycle. Read the end of year Shareholder report , that is all you know really right now.

2. Do not get worried about today. It is still a YIELD sign, which it had before , so just looking at the volume (LOW) today , there was not new money coming and should not be expected, until that "Catalyst" comes which would generate it . Still a slight increase overall today in PPS.

3. When it goes CURRENT, that will be a Catalyst, but everyone knows it is going Pink Current, so will it be enough, TIME will tell. I believe all will see an increase , but in the end folks will want more.

4. Charles and the ENZC team , can really generate a move by having a PR come out on any network big Pharma partner at this point that will be directed to revenue being generated off the Licensing. That would be a very good Catalyst indeed, or something in that format.

5. FULLY REPORTING , go back to the last disclosure by Charles, this will be a Large Catalyst when ENZC becomes that SEC FULLY REPORTING Company and it will not be done until they select the PCAOB Firm as described in the last disclosure.

6. Personally , I believe the entire Month of January will be taken up with next action steps from Charles and the Team . All these predictions about $XXXX per share and the IMO's on who is involved, are just that , non factual based opinions. Charles Crotopia and the Executive ENZC Team and Advisors are the ones that KNOW. In here you only know what they tell you in PR, Disclosure, Filings.. on the other hand what you do not know.. is just that you DO NOT KNOW.

7. The only thing that happens next week is going Pink Current if OTC Markets accepts the Attorney letter and disclosures (which is good) and possibly a PCAOB Firm is selected. If Charles and the ENZC team elect to put out a PR with some great news.. so much the better.
Until then .. all you know and should re read is what Charles told all in this Shareholder update.
