RSI is an Oscillator.

Oscillators catch turning points in flat markets but give premature and dangerous signals when the markets begin to trend.

TSLA is in a strong Uptrend at this time.

The point is that as the RSI recycles, soon the current Uptrend continues.

It does not mean there is a change in the prevailing Uptrend.
