hydro hasnt gotten back to me yet----just a thought------the 70% owners here have money to burn and may be buying this up to take it private----i would guess all in all .40 cents is book and they slowly push it this far--- the half mill share day yesterday took out all sizable asks i have seen over the past weks----now they have to tred lightly as not to force the pps up too rapid ----when the shares dry up here i imagine they will have to make an offer for the rest and i dont see a buck being out of sight here---just an idea of what could be happening here---im still buying up to .30 day to day----tmonkey
