Basically an OTCQB clean shell that could be sold, and/or act as a leveraged play on Northern Data if/when crypto turns.

Beats me, just watching & wondering.

you will never know what these guys are doing---they are not bound by law to tell shareholders a thing and can silently buy up all the shares at .10 -when they are worth closer to .30---im tired of letting other plays go by and have really got a bad taste in my mouth from this group-----tmonkey

It would have been nice to earn some Northern stock through a complete sell-off. These guys missed the huge opportunity of a lifetime in their own industry. I would like them to sell the remaining assets and Northern shares to ARK and let Cathie Wood invest for us. The lack of information from this group is probably not a good sign. I wonder if they bought a boatload of bitcoin for 60K?

i agree - it shouldn't take this long for mgmt to tell shareholders where they plan to go with the company. i reduced from 150k to 25,000 shares and will hold on just to see if anything does develop. i did not lose any money but did not make alot either!

i am convinced that the boss men here will never let shareholders realize true value here---they are worthless and i will use any strenght here to lighten up---even at a loss...i have had it with these guys---tmonkey

Not sure what these guys were doing. I should have been vocal last year and advised them on all forums, but I thought they understood what was happening in their industry. I was hoping for fractional shares of Northern, now hoping that their latest new hire is smarter with a little of business savvy.

Markets are getting crazy, the dollar in getting weaker, crypto's are becoming questionable, many stocks are in a bubble, inflation rising. Precious metals and metal miners may be the next play. Pokemon cards are in demand. Who knows what will happen next.

That is why I was hoping for a smaller percentage of Northern shares. The whole company should have been sold. How is it possible that a deal could be structured like this? This group of people must have been playing office and drinking coffee.

The four million sounds like an individual household savings and stocks accounts, not a public corporation. What is the outstanding debt? Any earnings? And almost a two year wait to exercise Northern stock-probably a good thing. Sixty six web site still looks like it was developed by a third-grader.

I am hoping that these guys were able to invest some of their assets in crypto currencies in the last few months and killed it like everyone else. Better than mining, all you need is one old cheap computer with a slow processor, slow graphics card and dial-up connection! Don't believe these guys are that savvy, or even follow the lead of Elon Musk in the last couple of months.

There seems to always be shares to purchase. It could be that the financials are still really bad or worse than before, and a two year freeze on Northern stock. They probably don't have to give a first quarter earnings report because they are a new company. I am disappointed that the whole company wasn't sold, I would prefer a smaller percentage of Northern shares.

in short they shouldnt be a public co. with their lack of shareholder info---im in and will stay until full value is recognized here-they have 70% + and are probably holding it back to buy up all tht they can get before letting it run---maybe they will tire of this due to no volume and just make us an offer for the rest????---my nr is .50---tmonkey

Doesn't seem to be any interest for some reason. Volume is so low that you couldn't dump it if you wanted. I hope that there is some kind of positive news soon so I can get out and invest more in crypto currencies.

i'll be happy with a double-you are right this mgmt is very shady and not forthcoming on the plans for this.
