It’s just MMs swapping shares. Retail can’t go below 4 digits. Happens all the time and nothing to worry about.

With all the SEC changes, and considering the recent volume and mega lots adding, upcoming filings/news this month would not be surprising; in fact, I would argue they may be expected.
