The shorts are very worried tonight. Something is happening and they have good reason to be very nervous with their short positions in CYDY.

The goal is to "talk" longs into selling at lower prices to allow a face saving short seller to buy in the shares before that short's broker account slams the door and buys the shares for them.

Roughly 2 to 3 $ move up in CYDY will wipe the equity from shorts margin accounts and instant Margin Calls occur.

A margin call is the notice triggered in day 1 when the account is under 30% equity. The next day another call can happen.

Example, Margin Call issued Monday when CYDY closes at 5$ Tuesday the call is issued. The funds are due within minutes to no longer than the following day. Joe Brilliant Short is short CYDY 20,000 common.

Lets say Joe Brilliant Short meets the Margin Call. Meaning they wire funds into the account. No a check does not count as met until that check clears the bank which is a second lost day.

Lets say on Wednesday CYDY closes at 6$. OOPS. Joe Short has dropped the Middle Name of Brilliant. Now another Margin Call is issued for exactly 20,000$ That is $ for $ margin call to share price increase with CYDY.

Joe Short borrows funds from his Mother. Mother is not happy. Joe uses his Middle Name with his Mother. She transfers 20,000$ to Little Joey.

Joe Short wires that 20,000$ into his broker.

Friday trades are halted. News Pending.

Joe is devested. Adam F told him this could not happen with CYDY. It is a water shot.

Joe has many adult beverages over the weekend. Up early on Monday. Germany is trading at 10$ Euro. Joe is scanning Adam F blogs for help. Adam is missing. Apparently Adam covered his short on Tuesday and "forgot" to inform Mothers Little Joey.

News hits at 10:00 AM New York time. FDA Approves CYDY's Leron. Joey is Bankrupt.

Yes indeed, what a delightful story. I know a short that I assisted in almost every % price move up and a buy out. That Broker quit the business after wiping out most of his clients. That was great fun.
