In my rookie opinion, take it for what it's worth... Just because we knew this was coming, doesn't mean anything to me. I don't think you can "bake in" a price of a stop sign removal event. Why? Well because the investors on the other side of that sign are not baked into us yet! To me it is simple as that... There could be some massive volume headed our way and if not tomorrow then next week a bull stampede will be in progress it would seem. Just my thoughts... We will get more volume, more buyers that have been hungry and saving up just for this.. etc... Will 100% have an impact!
