I think I have missed something here.....or everyone else has! Marc F. has NOT been receiving his $250,000.00 a year salary IN CASH for a very long time and eventually will receive that BACK salary in SHARES at what has been a rock bottom price! BMIX has not had revenue to pay him a CASH salary and also there are others that will also receive SHARES in lieu of cash salary like their PR man Brian. I hope Marc F. is not due several years+ of back salary at a rate of about 250 million ($250,000.00times .0001) per year. I don't know how many shares Brian is due but he did tell me that he is also getting shares in lieu of cash salaries! All of this and the company still has not told us (I haven't seen anything) about the outstanding notes that can be converted into shares at ROCK BOTTOM prices....I wish you all the best of luck riding this BMIX train but if you can just get the price back to my breakeven or better I will be happy to jump off the train.....You don't even have to slow down! I think there is a lot of hidden issues that are not clear to us as shareholders and the fact that Marc has several other "shell companies" under some sort of BMIX umbrella with a total market cap this low should raise a lot of eyebrows besides mine. Oh well, with all that said it is just my opinion and I continue to hold a fair number of shares but will continue to dump them with a good pump (I mean jump) in the PPS!
