Hmmm, understand where you're coming from, but with the O/S maxed out, wouldn't they need to increase the A/S to honor the stock option agreement that the CEO accepted in lieu of his $250k annual salary? And lets face it, for a pink, a 2bn A/S is nothing! Not comparing value, but Bank of America's O/S is over 8.6bn and A/S is who knows, its not available!!??
