suny.... if I remember what Harry told me long ago about it, the required time is a combination of actual testing time (a lot of possible parameters can change the study time length) and the time required just to initiate the test.....agreements, schedule, how many tests ahead of yours etc....... he told me likely months...but of course that can change if the right people are wanting to move things along I suppose.......
