Are we talking about the same thing? I understand prior quarter to quarter, and I can understand the increase, when I saw the "layoff" number.

Simply put, the EBITDA number could be shown, by myself or the company, for example purposes only, with or without the "contract and employee termination costs."

If the company expected to incur numbers like "EBITDA loss including restructuring payments such as contract and employee termination costs of $47.4 million every quarter, that would be entirely different.

My perception is ONE OFF.
