Someone already responded with the exact line from the filings, but essentially they received ~4.9M common shares at .30 cents a share equaling $1.47M currently valued at $22,540. So they are underwater 99.5% on what their contract should have paid them. In order for them to get all the money they were supposed to, the SP would have to rise to .30.

We all choose to invest our money. Whether we win or lose is solely due to the person in the mirror and his/her ability to do DD. Finger pointing and a lack of personal responsibility are simply sad traits that the weak-minded possess.
