We actually are coming up with the first residential REIT and have appointed Cushman & Wakefield and JLL to search and identify residential apartments in Chennai and bangalore (southIndia). The residential real estate market value is very attractive now whereas rental yields have not lowered a bit.

Plus we buy these apartments out of qualified retirement money and the net investment is 50% of the actual investment requirement that increases the annual yield. Once the pandemic slows down we are planning to float this REIT that helps Interups monetize...
