Low volume good thing every few weeks, levels the ups and downs and if you look at price history large 300 to 500% gains after being stagnant 7 to 9 days, not sure about .01 but low .04's will be a good entry point as it has done in the past 4 months. I threw charts out the window a long time ago when it comes to penny stocks, hard to predict at best.
