It was voted december 16th we received notice on 28th and it takes twenty days to go into effect. Around Jan 18th
It will be in his year end filing, under risk factors.
Reverse split and reduction in shares, it's right there black and white, it was already voted on. And it's not from last year.
Like someone said, its a two part package.
