Why wouldn’t the courts set a limit on the number of units that can be manufactured by all generics to cover the “marine population”? Assuming the prescribers allow the substitution...

Let any generics compete for that slice of the pie. Once a specific generic supply is gone then the other generics on the market would get a piece of the pie.

Let them cannibalize each other’s market. If they overproduce then they shelf it. They produce at risk...
