Hi, If there are still 8 billion MTVX shares OS out there the formula for bringing the share count down for the new company with a reverse split would be a 1 for 80 split... 8,000,000,000 / 80 = 100,000,000. But some people think the current MTVX OS could be a lot less, like around 4 billion now which would be better for us. But if it is 8 billion... As an example, I'm holding 10 million shares so by calculating a 1 for 80 RS I would get... 10,000,000 / 80 = 125,000 new shares in the new company which wouldn't be all that bad! But if there are only 4 billion out there that would equate to getting double the shares which would be even better!
