Your guess is as good as mine..all RM are not the same..one that i was involved recently, Management kept the commons the same but they issued preferred shares to themselves that were convertible into commons making them the majority owners. hopefully, they follow same process because if they do a rs or an exchange such as of 1000 to one or more, then our shares ownership will be cut quite significantly even though price will be much higher.
