Don’t really have anything to argue or add, especially since much of the debate/discussion is increasingly moot (in my opinion) with all indications for everything moving in a positive direction.

The biggest question I ask myself now is whether the next step is a buyout or JV. A partnership seems to be the most logical transaction for a whole host of reasons, but the tea leaves seem to signal a BO. So, who knows?
