Thank you David. I really talked to a CEO of a micro bio in the immunotherapy field and he said the same thing like what you explained. If the Phase 3 trial failed meaning had the endpoints were not met, then they will have to report immediately. DI signaled no failure in so many different ways. We ourselves saw the blinded data in 2018 via the JTM paper by LL et al where it already met the endpoints easily. Now we got two more years of more matured data, and how could it fail. All the Quiet Period is all about finalizing the Merck deal, imo.
