Go back to SECINFO.COM and clk on MARK A Miller. Look at his associations. County Bancorp is there. It's a Bank Holding Co., they claim. Google County Bancorp and ull find a Mark A Miller that is on the BOD, is also the company lawyer with a sht load of POWER OF ATTORNEY authorizations ta sign for other directors.
