I can only imagine and I hope I'm wrong but something is telling me that Kay is sitting with his attorney and accountant And they are in the middle of a 3rd PPP loan application. I mean if anyone needs and deserves a 3rd ppp loan it's Mark Kay. SFOR is a textbook example of Pump & Dump and it may very well technically qualify, Only if you throw morality out the door.
