What specific changes are proposed for the highest marginal rates? A 'huge increase' is just BS as far as I'm concerned unless you have a link to a politically neutral site discussing possible changes to tax law. Biden can't change the tax rates in general without support from Congress, remember. Though it's possible he could do something about the LT rules but most likely any change will require republican support. They are not going hit the richest taxpayers with 'huge increases' imo.
