There are 'obviously' reasons for "not capitalizing," but it is hard, not hearing any reasons/rationale from the PRIMARIES involved herewith. As you say, the timing is now--the greatest need, in other words. "What are we waiting for, to come forward with our cures?" It's not yet time, one says!! Well, when is the right time. . .at the height of the pandemic or perhaps further when other pharmaceuticals "steal our thunder?" I cannot figure it out. I really--at this stage--do not believe we're being impatient.

What are we waiting on, Charles. . .Harry?" Are the ingredients there, as we believe they are? Yes, you answer. . .well, bring 'em out!! Let's go. . .or else we get further "behind in all our efforts," others continue to prevail (or draw first blood). Now is the time!!!! Let's do it!
