Went online. Filled out the form. Took a little time, mainly because I was trying to be careful. Not too difficult though. They will ask for a copy of a photo ID. There will be some time lag involved getting stuff mailed and funds cleared, so if anyone is interested in going through the company for the $7 subscrition shares, they probably better get with it, since the 17th is the deadline.
