Its Dec 22. Since ZIVO hasn't disclosed the actual date of Nasdaq application, worst case is the application was filed December 9th, the same date as the S-1 filing.
Given Nasdaq listing process typically is a 4-6 week process (maybe longer with holidays, we are at minimum 2 weeks into the process.
So mid January is the earliest target date. The raise is a must, the RS is a must to achieve listing. In the meantime, not much but selling going on in the stock .... basically been moving down since the SHM. Smart move on mgmt's part to continue the silence.
And with no definitive anything from Dahl, I don't know what else investors have to look towards in the short term. Incredibly POOR. Despite all the info in the S-1, no timelines for anything.
Dahl going to do an investor conference in early January ? Company should have a new investor presentation out as well. Website old information.
