LOL. They've already done TWO 1000:1 reverse splits here since Donnell has been with the company. Just read the paperwork filed with the SOS office. It's all legal and out in the open for anyone who cares to look it up. It clearly spells out the different classes of shares and the rights that go with owning them. Common shares are for suckers who want to lose their money. The preferred control EVERYTHING.

Being legal and being "right" or "moral" have nothing to do with each other.
