As I suggested in one of my prior posts I believe our new partner and financier will want a few board seats hopefully on the Finance, Audit and Governance Committees. Additionally I’m sure they are going to make sure our CEO, CFO and COO are vetted and fully competent to fulfill their duties in the best interest of the company and shareholders.

I went from gloom, despair and agony on me to BOOOOYAH champ! (anybody remember that toon?)
