Sold shares through thier nominee accounts legally??? Did they now??? Please tell me why Petar AND Andrew D. were directing this, as charged by the OSC. Why is someone who is known to be a scam artist directing the sale of this companys stock??? Why was the stock not sold through accounts set up in company name, as they were held by the company??? If shares are held in treasury, are said by the company to be restricted, and are then sold, covertly.....hmmmm. While not technically dilution, from the shareholders standpoint, it IS dillution. It effects supply and demand, plain and simply.

I'm wondering what you feel they were very up front and matter of fact in communicating??? Communication has been nill. They have been passing on info through a third party, that should push come to shove, they will be in no way culpable for should it be proven false. They are not communicating, not by a long shot, they are hiding.

BTW, how can you state that a PR on the 75 million retired share will be coming??? I get a vibe from you that kind of makes me think you are a bit closer to this company than you let on. Just a feeling I get, nothing I can put a finger on.
