Right on the money dafloor.
Gerard, you need to really adjust your trading style. Missed out on an easy 30 bagger? Wow that's just plain dumb.
Right on the money??? lol...man oh man...
Mr. Vucicevich welcomes the opportunity to set the record straight this Monday.
They company sold shares through their nominee acounts legally to purchase SAMS and pay down liabilities from their own reserve set aside for the company.
Companies do that. There was no dillution in the process as no new shares were isssued.
Mr Vucicevich has stated that he has not owned or sold any shares for his own gain.
They were also very upfront and matter of fact in communicating this while being gagged from releasing any PR's by their attornies pending the hearing.
They also ungagged the transfer agent recently and permanently retired 75 million shares bringing the A/S down to 725 million now.
PR on that issue will be coming... but feel free to stay in touch with the transfer agent and keep yourself abreast of anymore buybacks.
And while they will PR the figure after the hearing as now being 725 million... it's actually 722.4. I've retired my own holdings until such time as they're listed on the Nasdaq as a tribute to my fellow investors who were defrauded on the 16th in that criminal raid on share price from .09 to .01 within minutes on that morning.
Nasdaq shouldn't be long now ...'ireken'...'ibreken'
