So after hearing from a couple of friends that are more expert in the field of DD, and I am just a lonely chartist, I have decided this one is not for me. Here is what one of my contacts posted.

Once the whole procedure completes, the shares will become worthless. I mean, completely worthless paper (or computer bits) as in "even toilet paper will have more worth, because it has actual use". If you want the new company, you will need to buy their Senior Notes bonds (these holders will receive the new company). Or wait until they emerge and buy them on day one.
