This is coming , folks and Charles stated "Once the Shares Transfers are Complete" as stated below. Not sure how long (it varies from quick to a week + or so it appears ) it takes, but these shares are with "Restricted Legends", on New B Proffered, A Preferred and Common Shares. So what that means is they have to have a Transfer Agent do them and an Attorney Letter accompany that . (Hmm Maybe CHRISTOPHER Cotropia (Son of Charles and EXPERT) has been hired to do that :)...)

a. Update Quarter 2 , copy paste , update share structure is all. this can get them a "YIELD" Sign at least.

4. Who owns the majority .. read the disclosure , Charles S Cotropia is the CEO and CONTROL BLOCK OWNER , hence (this is so important in the OTC) it is a CHANGE OF CONTROL. Once the shares are transferred and completed, it is COMPLETE.

Control Block Transfer Agreement
In addition, on November 30, 2020, the Zhabilov Trust, the Company’s Controlling Shareholder,
entered into a Control Block Transfer Agreement, under which the Zhabilov Trust has agreed to
transfer 35,100,000 shares of Series A Preferred Stock and 231,000,000 shares of Common Stock
(together the “Control Block”) to Charles S. Cotropia and other Bioclonetics Designees.
Once such share issuances and transfers are completed, Charles S. Cotropia will be the Company’s
new Control Block holder and majority shareholder, in addition to his role as Chief Executive
Officer of Enzolytics, Inc., resulting in a Change of Control.
