What "warning list" are you referring to - the published FDA list of drugs with current shortages? Do you recall if insurers made patients pay a higher price for the brand SPPI drug when the generic wasn't available? I remember that name - was considering buying it at one point 4-5 years ago but after I chucked the idea something bad happened and the stock got crushed.
