I see. Thanks. As a smoker, I cannot even consider running a mile, be it in 12 minutes or not or 12 days.

At least, all at once. I could run a mile in like 24 thirty second stages with a few minutes between each stage. I can, however, walk a mile in 13-14 minutes....almost as many miles as needed.
